Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) is an institute of technology with 17,000 students located in Cork, Ireland. The institute of technology wanted to teach future chefs green practices in the kitchen; however, this proved very difficult without visibility on kitchen energy use.
EnergyCAP SmartAnalytics installed an energy management solution to two separate electrical distribution boards, which was used to monitor five handling air units and 15 major kitchen appliances in real-time.
