How to Setup/Update A Credit Card

If your email address is registered as a billing user, you can update your credit card by clicking on MyAccount on your platform, as shown in the screenshot below.

and then billing information to securely add or update your card.

If you do not see the link “Billing information”, it means that the user you are logged in is not a billing user. Contact our support team to know which user is the billing user for your organisation or to upgrade your account.
